ANUHCV2025/0149 BETWEEN: ALKIVIADES DAVID – Claimant AND DAVID BOIES et al. – Defendants PROPOSED PROTECTIVE ORDER BEFORE JUSTICE RENE WILLIAMS HEARING DATE: 13 JUNE 2025, COURTROOM 4 UPON THE APPLICATION of the Claimant by way of Position Statement and supporting oral submissions; AND UPON CONSIDERING the urgent and extraordinary facts of this matter, including international interference, commercial sabotage, and coordinated legal and reputational attacks on the Claimant; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Stay of Foreign Proceedings All civil proceedings against the Claimant pending in any foreign jurisdiction—whether initiated directly or indirectly by the Defendants or their known affiliates—shall be stayed until the final resolution of these proceedings in this Honourable Court. Jurisdictional Exclusivity This Court formally asserts its exclusive and overriding jurisdiction over all subject matter concerning the Claimant’s claims, harms, and businesses domiciled or operating within the sovereign territory of Antigua and Barbuda. Prohibition of Extraterritorial Harassment The Defendants and their agents, assigns, affiliates, subsidiaries, and legal representatives are hereby restrained from initiating, continuing, or supporting any foreign legal actions, investigations, defamation campaigns, or digital interference targeting the Claimant, directly or indirectly, until further order of this Court. Recognition of Harm and Witness Risk This Court formally recognizes the Claimant’s credible evidence of targeted retaliation, including the documented deaths of attorneys Barry K. Rothman, Mark Lieberman, and John Quirk, and the suspicious killing of legal counsel Rebecca Rini. The Court finds sufficient cause to treat this matter as one requiring heightened judicial protection. Notice to Foreign Tribunals The Registrar of the High Court is instructed to issue notices, under seal, to the U.S. Department of State, the Greek Ministry of Justice, and any other relevant judicial authorities, declaring that this Court has assumed full jurisdiction over the Claimant’s legal disputes and warning against extrajudicial interference or duplicative proceedings. Leave for Discovery and Subpoena Power The Claimant is granted leave to compel discovery from any Antiguan or international financial institution, media entity, or legal body deemed relevant, and to issue subpoenas enforceable within this jurisdiction and through letters rogatory abroad. Liberty to Apply The Claimant shall have liberty to return to this Court for further protective relief, injunctive directions, or enforcement mechanisms as necessary.
