Please find attached my Note to the Clerk and Addendum to Appellant’s Skeleton Argument in claim KB-2025-001991.

This Addendum is filed solely in support of Ground 1 of the appeal against the contempt order of Mrs Justice Stacey dated 16 October 2025. It draws the Court’s attention to passages in the California Court of Appeal Judgment (ACD-11) which were not before the court below and which support the Appellant’s application to admit the fresh evidence already identified in the Skeleton Argument dated 22 March 2026.

I respectfully ask that the attached Addendum be placed before the Judge at the earliest opportunity and read together with the Appellant’s existing Skeleton Argument.
